Data is reported through annual reports of technical assistance programs provided to school divisions on Virginia Tiered Systems of Supports (VTSS), decrease of in-school and out of school suspensions, attendance promotion and intervention trainings, student physical and mental Health promotion and service trainings. The data is calculated by including the number of school divisions receiving technical assistance divided by the total number of school divisions.
